According to La Opinión de Málaga, a Spanish newspaper, Boston Celtics center Vitor Faverani ran a red light with his car Sunday morning and hit a bus. Faverani was arrested and is facing drunk driving charges. Thankfully, there were no reported injuries. Per the Boston Globe:
No one was hurt in the Valencia, Spain accident. Faverani tested three times higher than the local blood alcohol limit. The Celtics have not issued a comment on the incident.
The 6-foot-11-inch Faverani averaged 4.4 points and 3.5 rebounds in just 37 games last season. He’s under contract for the upcoming season for just over $2 million.
Shout out to PJ Tucker. Give him some jail time.
Soo… if the story is correct, he had a level of 0.15 or at least 0.09. Nice, you’re hammered pretty good at the bigger margin and it would also be an aggravated offense. With all the other sh*t, he could possibly see some time behind bars.
Good.
Hes in Spain
Yeah, and I was talking about Spain.
